Pekcan AI retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, automation systems, software, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Pekcan AI is not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

10. Suspension and Termination

IN NO EVENT SHALL PEKCAN AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO PEKCAN AI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pekcan AI, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

14. Changes to Services and Terms
